Available for groups of 35 or more. Food will be delivered/picked-up hot and ready to serve in standard foil trays. Chaffing Dish Rental is available. *Serving utensils, plates, cutlery, napkins, and drinks are NOT included in delivery/pickup orders* *Prices subject to change based on the market.* We have experience accommodating special dietary needs (such as gluten-free and vegetarian, etc.), so if you have any in your group, please let us know! Pulled Pork Meal: Boston butts slow-cooked for 12 hrs and hand-pulled $16 per person Pulled Pork and Rotisserie BBQ Chicken Meal: Slow cooked BBQ chicken: boneless breasts plus legs, and hand-pulled pork $18 per person *Other meats available upon request!* Steak, Ribs, Whole Hog, etc. All Meals Include: - Baked Beans - Coleslaw - Buns, Rolls - Sauces: Homemade Mustard & Vinegar, and Sweet Baby Rays Add Sides or Dessert to Your Meal: - Green Beans: $2.50 per person - Corn: $2.50 per person - Mashed Potatoes: $2.50 per person - Potato Salad: $2.50 per person - Baked Macaroni and Cheese: $3 per person - Banana Pudding: $3 per person Add Chaffing Dish Rental: $10 per chaffing dish - includes sterno heating element and onsite set up for deliveries. You are responsible for returning equipment.
